In my lifetime, I've sold six houses.  And Greg stands out as the hardest-working, most conscientious real estate agent I have ever had.  We did our transaction remotely.  Greg lined up all of the paperwork, got me in touch with the closing attorney, and assisted the new buyers with their move-in.  Example:  the basement required insulation.  Not being in Eastport, I could not do it.  But Greg would go to my house and accept delivery of insulation and other items so that the work could progress.  He also kept an eye on our place while we were away.  Plus, he brought in about 10 times as many potential buyers as our previous agent.  Should you require a real estate agent, I highly recommend Greg.

Greg was a pleasure to work with.  He helped us get the house staged and ready to sell. Many showings were arranged, and he was great about providing feedback from the prospective buyers. The fact that he has a downtown location - where he can show his listings in the window - is a big plus with all the cruise ships coming through Eastport.
